Post tension cables design/modeling.
The slab has been designed with the software ADAPT PT/2D. So we found the vertical geometry of the cables in each stripe (each cable is straight in the plan).
With grasshopper and a script developed in python, we imported the vertical geometry inside rhino / grasshopper.
Then we modified the plan geometry with the correct curvature as we need.
Finally, the correct curve in the plan and longitudinally has been exported in teklastructures in the bim model, ready to be checked with the other elements of the slab (rebar, hole, thickness variation, and other...).
